I’m Akinori, the owner of ODAITO NEST, a cozy guesthouse near the fishing port of Odaito in Eastern Hokkaido.
I work closely with local fishermen to share the real life and food culture of this remote coastal area.
Through this experience, I hope guests can feel the warmth and authenticity of our seaside community.
